A message regarding COVID-19

March 13 - June 30, 2020

March 28

Dear Guests of The City of Lougheed,

We are still open and welcome you to visit.

We have been closely monitoring the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and will continue to stay up-to-date on the latest information and recommendations from the Fraser Health Authority, the BC Centre for Disease Control and the Public Health Agency of Canada. In addition to regular daily cleaning within all of our buildings we have added the following precautionary measures:

  1. Effective Monday March 16, we are providing our tenants the opportunity to reduce their operating hours to 11:00 am – 6:00 pm daily.  As some of our retailers will choose to operate outside of these hours please connect with individual retailers directly. Although our core operating hours have been modified, access to the Centre will remain unchanged. These hours will remain in place until Sunday, April 5, 2020 and we will advise at that time if this change will be extended.
  2. The placement of hand sanitizer at all entrances.
  3. A dedicated cleaner to sanitize all common and frequently used surfaces every hour during operating hours.
  4. A deep clean and full sanitization of all common areas overnight each evening.
  5. The temporary closure of our Children’s Play Area.
  6. The temporary closure of our Family Lounge.
  7. Pausing of guest services including complimentary kiddie stroller rentals, coat check and gift wrap.
  8. All programming and events have been postponed until further notice.

Individual retailers may have decided to temporarily close until further notice. The following retailers currently remain open:
