Fridays, starting September 11
A full body workout focused on body weight strength and HIIT. This class is open for all levels and is sure to get your heart rate and energy up! Babies and young toddlers are welcome.
BOOK YOUR CLASS
To be prepared for class, bring:
- Supportive, clean running shoes and workout attire
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle (you will need this!)
- A big smile and positive spirit!
- Stroller (for baby)
- Any baby/toddler items you require
- If you are feeling unwell, do not join the class.
- All Bootcamp classes must be booked through this link. No walk-in’s permitted.
- Classes can accommodate up to 17 guests.
- You must bring your own equipment- if you forget your yoga mat, you will not be permitted to take the class.
- If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please cancel your booking to allow someone else to use the spot.
- Spots for children are limited.
