Tuesdays, starting September 15
Relaxation, breath work and movement will leave you feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. This class is open for all levels and will help you connect and tap into your inner strength.
BOOK YOUR CLASS
Bring to class:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- A big smile and positive spirit!
- If you are feeling unwell, do not join the class.
- All Yoga classes must be booked through this link. No walk-in’s permitted.
- Classes can accommodate up to 17 guests.
- You must bring your own equipment- if you forget your yoga mat, you will not be permitted to take the class.
- If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please cancel your booking to allow someone else to use the spot.
