PARKING

We have over 2000 designated surface and underground parking stalls, including accessible and family spaces.

Complimentary 4-hour parking is available at Shopping Centre Surface Lots.

Please comply with all parking regulations as indicated on posted signage. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to ticketing and/or towing.

Parking at Neighbourhood ONE is paid at $2.00 for 1-hour.

To pay for parking, Pay Stations are located on both sides of the street. Additionally, you can use the Indigo App (Code: V302) or Pay By Phone App (Code: 78794).

Designated family parking stalls are available at the following entrances:

Entrance 3 (London Drugs)
Entrance 4 (Tim Hortons)
Walmart exterior entrance
Upper deck accessible via Cameron St

Accessible parking spaces are available at all centre entrances.

PLEASE NOTE: Accessible entry is currently not available on the upper deck. Please use an alternate entry for accessible access.

The EV Charging Stations are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be used for a maximum of 2 hours. Chargepoint fees of $1.50 per hour apply to the charging stations.

Located at the north end of the undercover parking of the Shopping Centre, two Electric Vehicle Charging stations allow guests to charge their electric vehicle while they shop.

Located in Neighbourhood ONE at P4, 10 Electric Vehicle Charging stations allow guests to charge their electric vehicle while they shop.

Designated 15 minute courier pick up stalls are available at the following entrances:

Entrance 1 (Closest to Papa’s Box)
Entrance 3 (London Drugs entrance, Eateries)
Entrance 4 (Tim Hortons, Pizza Garden, Eateries)

Modo Carshare is now available in Neighbourhood ONE at P4, with 3 Modo vehicles available for Guests.
