If your item has not been turned in, you may leave your contact information in the case your item is later returned.

Lost items will be held at our Security office, please email (ltcsupervisors@guardteck.com) to arrange a time for pick up.

Beep beep! The littles love our kiddie cars, available for use while visiting the centre. Kiddie car rentals are complimentary.

Kiddie Cars are available the following hours:

Monday – Wednesday– 10 am – 4 pm

Thursday – Saturday – 10 am – 6 pm

Sundays + Holidays – 11 am – 6 pm

NOTE

• Rentals are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
• Rentals are limited to 1 kiddie car per family during peak times.
• Valid government issued ID must be presented and stored at Guest Services for the duration of the rental.
• Children must be under 42” and be able to sit upright unassisted.
• All rentals must be returned no later than 30 mins before closing.

Gift Cards are available for purchase at Guest Services or the Management office:

Monday – Wednesday– 10 am – 4 pm

Thursday – Saturday – 10 am – 6 pm

Sundays + Holidays – 11 am – 6 pm

The City of Lougheed Gift Cards are available in any denomination (minimum $10 denomination is required) from Guest Services.

A $2.50 maintenance fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from your card starting 16 months after activation date. If requested by you in month 15, the 16 months will be extended to 19. Please note that maintenance fees are deducted by Peoples Trust Company and are in no way associated with The City of Lougheed.

Up to a $5 fee to replace lost, stolen, or damaged card, except as prohibited by law. Not reloadable. Not redeemable for cash. Purchases subject to retailers return policy.

Wheelchair loans are available at Guest Services or Management for those in need while visiting the centre. Outside of Guest Services and Management hours, please call Security (604.787.9239) for wheelchair rentals.

Guest Services is pleased to offer complimentary gift wrap of one gift purchased at The City of Lougheed (with proof of purchase).

• Gift wrap is available during Guest Services hours.
• Maximum of 1 complimentary gift wrap per visit.
• Proof of purchase required.
• Gift bags are not available at Guest Services.
• Gift boxes are not included and are available for $2 a box (any size).

The City of Lougheed has the following designated spaces for families.

FAMILY LOUNGE

• Located on the upper level, south corridor
• Soft toddler play area
• Seating area
• Family Washroom

FAMILY WASHROOMS

The indoor play area is located on the Lower Level, West Side.

RULES OF PLAY

For the safety of our community, the below guidelines must be followed when using the play area.

• Shoes are mandatory
• This play area has been designed for children 5-12 years of age
• This area is not supervised by staff
• All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
• No food, drink or chewing gum may be taken into the play area
• Be kind to others – Yelling, screaming, pushing, hitting, biting or bad language is not permitted
• For the safety and privacy of all children playing, photography is not allowed
