Burnaby Firefighter’s Charitable Society
The City of Lougheed is proud to partner with the Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society in their ongoing initiatives that strengthen the Burnaby community. Through various fundraising events, including Halloween Trick or Treat, The City of Lougheed guests have contributed an astounding amount of $319,500 for the Charitable Society to date!
Donations raised provide nutritional snacks for school children, help fund the Vital Information Program (VIP) and many local community organizations and non-profit societies. We extend our sincere thanks to the members of our community who have donated generously to this worthy cause. In return, the Burnaby Firefighters are a notable presence at all The City of Lougheed children’s events, helping to ensure a secure environment for our kids.
