Starting Saturday, February 1, pay parking will be in effect in Neighbourhood ONE – P4 and P6 Parkades. This change reflects the value of secure, clean, and weather-proof parking for our guests at Neighbourhood ONE. Guests who prefer not to pay for parking can take advantage of 1,700 complimentary open-air parking spaces surrounding the Shopping Centre, available for up to four hours.

Parking Rate: $2/hr 

Rates apply to P4 and P6 exclusively, please pay at a designated kiosk or use the PaybyPhone app.

Additionally, public EV spaces will incur the same $2/hr parking fee along with the existing $1.50/hr charging rate.
