Location: Lower Level West Side, in front of London Drugs

Create magic moments with Santa this holiday season with The City of Lougheed and North Pole Picture Co. Reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome however appointments are given priority. Space is limited so book ahead of the rush! BOOK YOUR SPOT BELOW. Note all online reservations will incur a $3.15 reservation convenience fee. It is no additional charge for Guests to reschedule their appointments but you will not be refunded the convenience fee if you outright cancel your reservation.

PRICING FOR PHOTO PACKAGES

(A) Two 4×6 and one digital photo – $35

(B) One 8×10 and one digital photo OR two 5×7 and one digital photo OR four 4×6 and one digital photo – $40

(C) One 8×10, two 5×7, four 4×6 and one digital photo – $48

WHAT TO EXPECT WHILE VISITING SANTA

  • Photos with Santa are located on the Lower Level West Side (in front of London Drugs).
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow for check in.
  • Please note missed appointments are not refunded.
  • If you are late for your reserved time, you will have to wait for the next available appointment and we cannot guarantee availability.
  • You will be the only group through the duration of your appointment.
  • At our order desk, you can instantly see and select your photo.

The City of Lougheed and The North Pole Picture Co. are committed to the safety of its guests. Please note the below to ensure the safety of our community:

  • The City of Lougheed is a mask-friendly but optional environment. If you or any member of your party feels more comfortable wearing a mask during your visit, we welcome you to do so.
  • If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell, please stay home. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.
  • For the safety of Santa, our guests and staff, we cannot allow anyone experiencing cold/flu/covid symptoms into our photography or retail space. We will be happy to welcome you back when it is safe to do so.
