From January 29th, 2022 to February 20th, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), every home purchaser may select a random red envelope that will contain a voucher (a “Voucher”) with a printed dollar value. Each Voucher will have a dollar value that ranges in value up to $108,888. The home purchaser will be entitled to a decorating allowance with a value equivalent to the face value shown on the Voucher applicable towards their purchase of a home at The City of Lougheed. Each Voucher holds no monetary cash value and may only be redeemed at The City of Lougheed Presentation Centre when writing a contract for a home at The City of Lougheed during the Promotion Period.
