Guest Services

Starting Monday 2 June, our Guest Services desk will be moving to a new schedule. It will now be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday each week. Guest Services will be open daily December 5 - 24, 2025.

This change allows us to focus our support during the busiest days in the centre, so we can continue providing you with the best service when it’s needed most. From Monday - Thursday, our Security team will be your first point of contact for any assistance. Call 604-787-9239 for emergencies, safety walks, lost and found, and more.
