From January 29th, 2022 to February 20th, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), every home purchaser may select a random red envelope that will contain a voucher (a “Voucher”) with a printed dollar value.
Each Voucher will have a dollar value that ranges in value up to $108,888.
The home purchaser will be entitled to a decorating allowance with a value equivalent to the face value shown on the Voucher applicable towards their purchase of a home at The City of Lougheed.
Each Voucher holds no monetary cash value and may only be redeemed at The City of Lougheed Presentation Centre when writing a contract for a home at The City of Lougheed during the Promotion Period.
Only one Voucher may be redeemed per contract.
The decorating allowance will be applied as an adjustment at the time of closing.
