About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this dual role, you will engage with our customers to help them find exactly what they need while ensuring our store remains welcoming, organized, and beautifully merchandised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent product recommendations.
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and organized storefront and workspace.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and displaying products to keep the store looking its best.
• Multitask efficiently to manage both customer service and store upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong, proficient English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (for processing sales/standard operations).
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with a positive, high-energy attitude.
